This meeting was organized by the Dean of the College, Mr. Bashe Mohamud, and his deputies and was led by the chairman of the committee, Mr. Mohamed Muse, the Deputy Head of the Somali Regional State Education Bureau.

Dr. Abdisalam Abdulahi, the founder of Sahan Development Consultancy, is one of the members of this board of directors who is actively striving to ensure the quality of education in the region as well as the country of Ethiopia. The board of directors had discussed three main agendas: approval of the minutes of the previous meeting, performance evaluation of the 1st quarter report of this academic year, and approval of the college’s rebranding report. Finally, They made field observations that focused on the ongoing construction projects.
