A memorandum of understanding has been signed between Sahan Development Consulting Firm and the Organization of Victims and Survivors, or “OVS,” which handles victim care and follow-up in Somali regional states, Ethiopia. The two sides have reached an agreement over how Sahan Development Consulting Firm offers OVS social workers a comprehensive training program on mental health and psychosocial support service (PFA) training of trainers (ToT). The contract was taken on by Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim, the Executive Director of OVS, and Mr. Abdi Mahammed, a member of the Sahan Development Consulting Firm staff.
